Development at Pinnacle - BPW Career Center

The intern will be exposed to all real estate development activities from pre development due diligences through construction completion stage and finally the transition of an asset to property management. The interns main duties include packaging of financing materials, management of pre-development and design activities, participation in construction and marketing meetings, and project financial reporting. Additionally, the development intern will be responsible for real estate research, completing real estate development reports and other duties assigned by the development asset managers. The development intern will be exposed to:

Special Licenses and/or Certificates:

None

Education and/or Experience:

Experience in real estate development or finance desirable but not required.
Working towards a BA or BS degree in business, economics, finance, real estate, or other related field.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of: Internet Explorer; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Word; Windows Operating System and be proficient in typing.

Other Skills and Qualifications:

Highly organized, self-motivated with ingenuity and able to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
Strength of character and flexible style to work successfully with a range of people from peers, property staff, contractors, and vendors.
High level of integrity, honesty, and respect for others in both their personal and business relationships.
